Dr. McKay's proposal to observe comet 103P/Hartley 2 with the HIRES instrument at Keck Observatory was selected! He will have one half night of observing time in November. This will also come with some funding, very similar in scope and amount to the award he recently received from JPL. Stay tuned for updates later this year on his observations.
